Love St Ali coffee. My last purchase was Wide Awake beans which taste as described- a rich, bolder, slightly darker roast. It’s my favourite ATM but I can also appreciate the nuances of their other roasts. I use this bean with my milk based coffees though also happy with a straight espresso. It’s a crowd pleaser whenever I’ve used it with guests!!!
